Primary Objectives, Work Activities, Responsibilities:
Recruit/Mentor Newly Licensed Agents, Individual and Group Coaching/Consulting, Schedule Classes/Formulate Training Calendar, Assist in Planning/Implementing Team Meetings, Track Market Data/Provide Weekly Updates, Create the Very Best Environment Available, Develop/Monitor Library for Agents, Teach Ignite/36:12:3/Buyer & Seller Mastery.
Compensation:
Base Salary plus Bonus Plan, opportunity for Profit Share, paid time off.
