Market
Center Operations Administrator needed for an exciting, dynamic and growing real estate office. Full-Charge Bookkeeper with solid accounting and computer skills are necessary. Must be detail oriented, very organized and work well with a team. This position requires a full-time talented, integrity-based individual that can work standard business hours.

Major objectives are to provide accurate banking and accounting services and be responsible for keeping a professional appearance of the Market Center and oversee Market Center operations. Must be technically savvy, use Excel, have supervisory skills, and be able to periodically travel for training events.

Ideal candidate will have good people skills, an ownership spirit and strong leadership ability. Position requires the ability to work well independently, stay on task and be comfortable working with many deadlines. Skills

Minimum: 5 years of relevant experience. 
Full-Charge Bookkeeper
with general ledger experience 
Maintain bank accounts and balance all
statements 
Closely monitor budget

Ability to establish and maintain
effective relationships with management, staff and agents 
Display
ethical behavior when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
Self-starter with the ability to multitask effectively and strong problem solving skills 
Strong communication, organizational and customer service
skill are essential. 
Sound knowledge of office procedures, accurate
§ maintenance of trackable records for all financial transactions
Excellent PC skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, 
MYOB/AccountEdge 
experience a plus!

Satisfactory passing of an in-house accounting test will be required.
