We are on the lookout for a learning based individual with a strong desire to grow and seek new opportunities. This person may earn the opportunity to someday oversee the operation of multiple Keller Williams Realty Market Centers.
They are an assertive person with a take charge attitude, quick reactions and a strong sense of urgency. They have high energy and are great at establishing and nurturing relationship. This individual is self-sufficient and self –directed.
Real estate experience preferred and we will consider qualified candidates who have leadership experience or ties to the real estate industry. 1-3 years of sales experience and or leadership experience is a must.
The role requires a person who is proactive in their sales approach spending at minimum 20% of their time focused on making contacts to set recruiting appointments. ONLY APPLY IF YOU ENJOY MAKING CALLS.
The individual will directly lead 1-2 staff members and is responsible for the hiring, training, and consulting of these personnel.
This leader has strong verbal communication skills, is an active listener who is great at rapport building. They have knowledge of financial management, time management and are accountable for their results.
