Market Center Administrator

Top Producing Real Estate Company located in Prince George’s County Maryland within walking distance to Largo Metro Center, and less than five minutes to the Capital Beltway is seeking a highly skilled administrator/accountant-bookkeeper to add to our growing team. Candidates should exhibit natural leadership ability, strong relationship-building skills, and be a flexible team player with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. As one of the largest real estate offices on the East Coast serving 250+ real estate agents, the candidate must be motivated, energized, and excited about working with a dynamic group of real estate sales professionals. The right candidate will be able to have fun and create a fun environment while achieving office goals. Experience Requirements: 3-5 years experience in accounting and 1-3 years experience in management. Key Skills: Accurate bookkeeping and accounting; advanced Microsoft office skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Word, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Education Requirements: A BS in accounting is preferred, or a four-year degree in any discipline with a minimum of 24 hours of college level accounting. Strong accounting experience and demonstrated positive leadership will be considered in lieu of a college degree.
