Awesome Office in the Dallas Suburbs needs a Dynamic Productivity Coach! Productivity Coach Details: ¿ Managed Training Program for the Lower 50% ¿ Coaching the Mid 30% to capping status ¿ Coaching program designed to hold up to 30 one on one coaching slots ¿ Options for new agents and group coaching ¿ Have a Standard 25% of agents in coaching program reach capping status ¿ Have 50% or more of the MC¿s agents productive each month ¿ Be knowledgeable about Texas contracts and be available to answer agents questions both in coaching and out of coaching in the mc if needed ¿ In charge of structuring/organizing a world class education calendar ¿ Set up productivity contests and excitement in the office for everyone not just agents in the coaching program ¿ On the Productivity/Education committee ¿ Promote the coaching program on a regular basis to both new and experienced agents ¿ Be familiar with the eedge system ¿ Be able to hold agents accountable but still have an understanding servants heart ¿ Track agents results and email reports to with MC TL weekly and have one on one with the TL monthly ¿ Implement regular productivity opportunities and resources in market center, including lead gen power Hours ¿ In charge of managing the Ignite program Probable Behavior: DISC:High D / High I / Mid - DIC or AVA: 9515 Skills: Technology Skills, High Communication Skills, Learning Based
