KW Jersey Shore is seeking a Rockstar MCA to help grow our expanding Market Center. The primary roles of this MCA will be agent retention, support of the team leader and all associates, management of all market center operations and administrative functions and managing Market Center Finances.
The Jersey Shore MCA will be responsible for keeping the offices and the Team Leader on track and productive. They will drive miscellaneous projects and create models and systems to help the market center inmprove both operationally and financially. Candidates are encouraged to think of this position as that of both Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer.
Candidates should exhibit natural leadership ability, strong relationship building skills, moderate levels of assertivness and flexibility, and a strong sense of urgency. It is extremely important that the candidate be able to have fun and create a fun enviroment while achieving at a high level and leading others to do so as well. They will proactively handle challenging people/situations, and be accomodating with a supportive attitude. They will have persistence, strong follow up skills, and comfort with routine. They must be relaxed, steady, and work with methodical pace while using proof/facts and a high level of objectivity/impartiality in their actions and decision making. They must have the ability to work with facts and technical information, have a strong attention to detail, be cooperative, and work by the book, They must establish and nuture personal relationships and must be comfortable with personal conflict that may arise. The individual must be an independant decision maker, self sufficient, and self directed in theor activities.
The MCA's primary focus will be growth of the Market Center and retention of its assoctiates. A Market Center must tend to its associates needs in such a way that they are completely satisfied with the level of service and value provided. The MCA will be tasked with managing, training, and consulting the agent services team and assisiting the Team Leader in guiding associates and managing all Market Center associate services and operations.
The MCA will need to have an attitude of servant leadership as they will be the initial point of contact for associates and new hires. It will also be important that the MCA use a combination of persuasion, consultation, and strong relationships when dealing with associate challenges, and focus on solutions and individual's specific needs.
