Looking for MCA in Sunny Florida!

Seeking a full time book-keeper for growing and profitable real estate office with primary objectives being to support supervisor, manage office finances & operations, as well as administrative functions.

Candidates should exhibit natural leadership ability, strong relationship-building skills, and be a flexible team player with a strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask. The right candidate will be able to have fun and create a fun environment while achieving office goals. The candidate will be accommodating and supportive with a "can do" attitude.

Experience needed includes: 1 to 3 year of accounting or bookkeeping background, computer knowledge (Quickbooks, Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Publisher, Outlook, & contact management), general office skills (phone, copy machines, scanners, basic computer issues).

Primary duties will include: accurate banking and accounting services, AR/AP, assisting direct supervisor as needed, supervising receptionist, purchasing (supplies and equipment), implementing systems, maintaining office equipment and technology, & other duties as assigned.
