Market Center Administrator

This is a full time leadership position in a very active and growing office. The right candidate must have a “team player attitude¿.  You must be able to problem solve and find a win/win solution!  You will need to be self-sufficient and self-directed.  

 

Experience Requirements:  3-5 years experience in accounting and 1-3 years experience in management.  CPA Candidate preferred and previous MCA experience is a plus.

 

Education Requirements:  A BS in accounting is preferred, or a four-year degree in any discipline with a minimum of 24 hours of college level accounting.

 

 

  1. Primary Objectives
    • Financial Reporting
    • All aspects of month over month accounting
    • Payroll preparation and payroll taxes/reporting
    • Journal Entry through financial statements
    • Bank Reconciliations
    • Account Reconciliations
    • Annual Audit/Tax Preparation
    • Manage day to day office operations
    • Supervise and Train office Staff
  2. Key Skills

·        Advanced Microsoft Office

·        Strong written and verbal communication skills

·        Strong Positive Leadership
