Transaction Coordinator-Experienced
Experienced in-house Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transaction Coordinator (TC)/Administrative Assistant needed for large, growing real estate company– North San Diego County
We have an immediate opening for an experienced full-time in-house transaction coordinator for one of the largest Real Estate Offices in San Diego County. Our ideal candidate will be a team player who is energetic, reliable, and punctual while possessing the following skills. You must be a self starter who can multi-task, problem solve, communicate regularly with the agents and complete the agent’s files prior to the closing. Notary and escrow knowledge would a plus!
A successful candidate will possess the following:
Residential and commercial real estate TC experience
An understanding of the process from beginning to end (Zipforms/ Escrow/Title/Relay/Docusign)
Attention to details and deadlines
Above average computer skills (Word/Excel/Outlook) Top Producer experience a plus
Have the initiative to learn our in-house software and train the agents
Excellent customer service skills (Our Agents are our customers)
Professional written and verbal skills
Licensed agent/notary a plus
Knowledge of Escrow a plus
Candidate will be expected to cover the front desk and phones at lunchtime. Duties may also include assisting other staff members with general administrative tasks.
Hours will be 8:30 – 5:30 Monday through Friday. If you are a team player who desires the above results while having fun, we'd like to hear from you!
