Looking for a talented and highly successful Assistant Team Leader

The Memorial Market Center in Houston, Texas is looking for an Assistant Team Leader/Productivity Coach. Our office was one of the first Keller Williams offices established outside of Austin, Texas, established in 1993. We are seeking a high-achiever with the heart of a teacher to recruit, retain, and develop our sales associates. We have almost 250 agents, and we are poised to take our office to the next level. Our new Assistant Team Leader will have enthusiasm and an attitude of service. They will have a successful track record of lead generation, prospecting and an extensive practical knowledge of real estate gained through a successful real estate career. Are you interested in joining our team? You must be a skilled influencer, with a love for teaching and motivating others. You should be able to build teams, and inspire team members to work together to achieve common goals. You must value a high standard of professionalism, and be able to successfully manage staff so that they will consistently meet or exceed this standard. You will uphold and maintain the positive culture that exists at our office, and work to retain agents while we grow. You will be leading our people to new levels of success through development and coaching, and in turn you will be supported with coaching of your own. We believe in developing our leaders, but you must bring energy and a track record of success, along with the skills and passion required to successfully recruit and develop our sales associates. We are looking for a candidate with strong communication skills and the ability to relate well with others.
