Director of First Impressions
We are looking for a Director of First Impressions for a 200+ agent office. Below are the job duties. If interested please submit resume to klrw501@kw.com. ¿ Answering each call correctly and within two rings ¿ Routing phone calls properly ¿ Greeting everyone in a positive manner ¿ Assisting management team as needed ¿ Notifying agents of faxes received within one hour of receipt ¿ Input listings ¿ Coordinating showing appointments for office¿s listings properly ¿ Maintaining Lockbox Inventory ¿ File contracts daily ¿ Set up and break down training room ¿ Updating Market Center web office as needed ¿ Receiving and sorting mail and deliveries daily ¿ Answering agents¿ questions about office procedures (go through person) ¿ Open and close office, ie: make coffee, push chairs in etc.... ¿ Maintain weekly reports ¿ Maintaining copy and fax machines ¿ Maintaining appearance of reception and conference areas
