The Assistant Team Leader/Productivity Coach is a top producer and a recognized leader with high integrity and a track record of business success. This individual is driven, yet compassionate. He/She exhibits a take-charge, results-oriented approach to situations and goals, yet also relishes seeing others achieve.
The Productivity Coach works closely with the Team Leader and Operating Principal as part of the Market Center’s leadership team. He/She is a leader who consistently demonstrates teamwork by actively supporting the TL and OP's direction and initiative. Together, the leadership team work to increase the productivity of noncapping associates to capper level. They collaborate in finding candidates for coaching. Then, the Productivity Coach will consult with those associates to uncover their goals, coach them on the actions necessary to achieve those goals, and then hold them accountable to taking the necessary actions.
Productivity Coaches track results and are ready to celebrate successes or implement consequences, while working closely with the TL and OP to create and implement productivity events for the Market Center’s training calendar. He/She will also serve as a compliance broker for contract and file review. This process creates the opportunity to coach associates on contract-specific issues and identify Market Center training needs.
Productivity Coaches should be highly skilled in holding others accountable, and should have a rich knowledge base of what to hold others accountable to. They view learning as the foundation of their action plan and have a MAPS Coach to hold them accountable to achieving their results.

Primary Objectives, Work Activities, and Responsibilities: Recruit/Mentor Newly Licensed Agents, Individual and Group Coaching and Consulting, Schedule Classes/Formulate Training Calendar, Assist in Preparation of Monthly Newsletter, Assist in Planning and Implementing Team Meetings, Check Contracts for Compliance, Track Market Data/Provide Weekly Updates, Assist in Monthly Awards Presentation, Create the Very Best Environment Available, Assist in Resolution of Problems or Conflicts, Develop/Monitor Library for Agents, Teach Ignite/36:12:3/Buyer & Seller Mastery. This position does not involve any listing or selling of real estate (all leads must be referred).
Compensation: Base Salary plus Bonus Plan, opportunity for Profit Share, paid time off, training and MAPS Coaching.
