Executive Assistant to the President of MAPS
(Coaching Division for Keller Williams Realty International)
Responsibilities include:
· Support the President of the MAPS Division by maintaining the calendar and scheduling calls, meetings, conferences, and appointments.
· Responsible for communicating with coaches regarding registration, preparation, training and materials.
· Manages mail/email/voicemail, takes notes, files, tracks contracts, and communicates frequently about projects and schedules.
· Coordinates MAPS events and manages projects as assigned.
· Additional administrative duties to be assigned
Skills and Experience:
The applicant must
· Possess 5+ years of executive assistant experience supporting a vice-president/president/COO or CEO of a large group or company
· 2 to 4 years experience in the real estate industry is a plus
· Be able to support the president of one of the top coaching programs in the United States in order for the president to perform at peak capacity
· Utilize Microsoft Office at an above average level
· Be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
· Possess excellent verbal and communication skills
· Possess excellent proofreading and spelling skills
· Be able to plan/coordinate/manage events
· Possess excellent organizational skills
· Seeking a sharp, self-motivated, fast-paced, highly detailed individual
Work Environment: We are currently seeking an individual that is comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment. This individual must be willing to work extra hours and manage changing priorities on a daily basis. This position is for someone who is detailed and has a high level of administrative experience.
The workplace is business casual to business formal depending on the situation and needs of the company.
The hours for this position will most like be a flexible schedule which may include long days and weekend work hours.
