We’re looking for an experienced, dynamic leader to drive the communications efforts of Keller Williams Realty, the 2nd largest and fastest growing real estate company in the United States.
This person will serve in a fast-moving, highly-dynamic Marketing & Communications department. The primary requirements are a track record of success in exceeding goals, as well as bringing creative thinking and brilliant positioning to internal and external communications efforts.
The individual that is right for this position will be primarily charged with identifying and capitalizing on opportunities for Keller Williams Realty to tell its story to current associates and brokers as well as the real estate industry.
They will be the trusted voice of the company and the company’s executives to its offices, associates and the real estate industry, including crafting messaging in the preparation of presentations and/or speeches for company executives.
Create, implement and oversee an annual communications plan that effectively promotes the company and its products across all communications channels – from email, to social media and blogging to SEO, while continually innovating and developing new communications channels.
Ability to eat deadlines for breakfast a must.
Envision, develop and drive an annual company communications plan and strategies that builds emotional capital with Keller Williams Realty offices and associates.
Develop and implement communications strategies that place Keller Williams at the forefront of the real estate industry as thought leaders.
Oversee Keller Williams Realty communications for internal and external audiences – including written materials (writing and editing executive communications, press releases, blog entries, marketing materials, product descriptions, website copy, SEO efforts, etc.)
Serve as the trusted voice of Keller Williams Realty, its affiliated companies and its executives
Monitors and reports on reach and effectiveness of all communications vehicles on a monthly basis – including web traffic stats, open rates, click thrus
Prepares project budgets, authorizes expenditures, and tracks project costs to ensure profitability
Develops comprehensive communications plans for product/service roll-outs and ongoing promotions that achieve sales goals
Assist in establishing and maintaining written standards and style guide across company – in print and online

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Other duties may be assigned.
8-10 years in corporate communications or public relations, preferably in a corporate environment, for a large company
Exceptional writer – across mediums
Demonstrable experience in executing multi-faceted communications plans that exceeded business objectives and sales goals
Ability to clearly communicate creative ideas and strategies to all project stakeholders
Proven ability to proactively manage the success of project scope and schedules
Ability to work, multi-task and self-direct under tight deadlines
Ability to develop, implement and monitor quality standards across all department deliverables
International business experience/exposure is a plus
