Market Center Administrator

Keller Williams Realty At-The-Lakes is looking for a Market Center Administrator (MCA) for our Kissimmee/Celebration Office. The MCA is responsible for insuring culture and financial responsibility in a Keller Williams market center. This position requires a strong attention to detail, technological proficiency, great customer service skills and a general to thorough understanding of accounting principles. This is a task oriented position that requires one to follow systems and structures in the role, and it is a vital part of the leadership team in a Keller Williams market center. The ideal candidate for this position would be able to be extremely task oriented, while at the same time, exhibit strong people and customer service skills. MCAs are often likened to a "Chief Financial Officer" in our market centers. They work closely with the Team Leader and are often times the "go to" person for agents seeking answers to questions about equipment, processes and procedures in a market center. This person is heavily involved in staff hiring and management in order to insure a great chemistry and working environment for everyone affiliated with a market center.
