Director Of Agent Services in sunny Southern California

Keller Williams Realty South Bay is currently looking for talent that is interested in a fantastic growth opportunity! This person must work well in a fast paced environment and be customer service oriented. KW South Bay currently has over 275 agents and is growing rapidly. As part of our Agent Services staff you will be responsible for retaining and engaging the agents in our brokerage. This person will facilitate new agent intake, orientation and help agents acclimate to the KW systems and tools. Part of the responsibilities include training coordination, acknowledging accomplishments, supporting the staff and keeping the energy in the office positive and ALIVE! The candidate must have a deep urge to help others - it should be part of your DNA! The ideal candidate will possess the following behavioral traits: proactively handle challenging people and/or situations, comfort following the lead of others, be able to multi-task and is comfortable with change, have a high level of empathy and consideration of others, establish/nurture personal relationships, and keep calm under pressure. This person should also be skilled in technology including Social Media, Microsoft Office including Publisher and Excel.
