Market Center Administrator

The Maryland/DC Region is seeking highly skilled Market Center Administrators for our growing Market Centers. Candidates should exhibit natural leadership ability, strong relationship-building skills, and be a flexible team player with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail. Candidates must be motivated, energized, and excited about working with a dynamic group of real estate sales professionals. The right candidates will be able to have fun and create a fun environment while achieving office goals. Experience Requirements: 3-5 years experience in accounting and 1-3 years experience in management. Key Skills: Accurate bookkeeping and accounting; advanced Microsoft office skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Word, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Education Requirements: A college degree in accounting is preferred, and accounting/full charge bookkeeping experience will be considered in lieu of a college degree.
