Looking for a Dynamic and Energetic Agent Services Coordinator

Local Real Estate Company is looking for dynamic and energetic Agent Services Coordinator to work with systems and people! This position provides support to the real estate agents, the office administrator and team leader. The following are specific tasks: - Sign up and set up new agents in the office, phones, internet, printer, website, new agent announcement, board transfer, business cards, etc. - Transition top producing agents with signs, cards, office set-up, computer set-up, announcements - Assist in office orientation - 30/60 day review with agents - Help agents get involved in the office - Maintain retention systems - Creating new systems as growth occurs - Maintain office website - Manage Facebook page - Troubleshoot phone system, computers, and other office equipment - Go-to person for the paperless lead to close proprietary system (eEdge) - Design weekly print advertising - Create marketing materials for agents Qualifications: - Real estate background - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Great organizational and multi-tasking skills - Ability to manage, organize and execute projects - Strong interpersonal skills and friendly demeanor - Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office & Adobe Creative Suite - Tech savvy - Professional appearance - Very resourceful and can adapt to fast paced entrepreneurial environment - As soon as a new agent fills out their sign-up packet, our Agent Services and Marketing Coordinator schedules an appointment with them.
