Multiple Market Centers in Search of a Talented General Manager

Multiple Market Centers in the vibrant Delaware valley is in search of a talented, energetic and forward-thinking individual to fill the position of General Manager. The primary function of the General Manager is to oversee the general operations of each Market Center through the support of each Team Leader, with a focus on growth, productivity, profitability and expense control. The General Manager will be responsible for developing training initiatives; providing leadership and accountability to TL?s and MCA?s and equipping each Market Center?s leadership to implement that leadership and accountability with their associates; maintaining monthly/quarterly training calendars and attending meetings in each MC; encouraging and facilitating growth within each MC; and providing financial oversight through expense control, budgeting and forecasting, and a focus on productivity and profitability. This position also includes oversight of Core Services/Affiliated Businesses performance and relationships within each Market Center. Previous real estate or related field experience is a must, and familiarity with Keller Williams? company policies and culture is a plus. Qualified individuals will demonstrate a proven ability to grow MCs through recruiting, manage finances and train associates and leadership. Additional training may be required. Position is salaried with a generous bonus structure.
