Director of First Impressions

We are seeking a strong, talented, motivated, team player with professional appearance to serve as the face of the company for visitors, agents, and staff. Must be able to work well with limited supervision and instruction. Must have excellent organizational abilities, comfortable with change, ability to keep calm under pressure and have a high level of consideration of others.

Job includes: Answering multiple phone lines with warmth and friendliness, upkeep of office and supplies, maintain copiers and computers, assist agents with office equipment as needed and other duties as assigned.

Position requirements and skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Outlook, Publisher and Excel. Up to date with social media and knowledge of programs such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and others. Can receive and sort mail and deliveries, maintain appearance of reception area and market center. Proactive, Accountable, Time Management, Detail Oriented, Professional Demeanor, Resourceful, Creative Minded with strong work ethic.

Experience in a real estate is a PLUS!
