Team Leader

Keller Williams Realty Greater Seattle is searching for a talented, extraordinarily driven, big thinker who is guided by a passion to grow an organization and succeed at a high level. The Team Leader, our chief executive, will recruit both seasoned professionals and those new to the industry, dominate market share, and drive profitability.

Primary Objectives
  • Recruit, retain, and train productive sales associates
  • Develop careers of associates to minimum average income per associate
  • Attain dominate market share in target markets
  • Build Market Center to acceptable profitability
  • Action Focus Train the administrative staff
  • Lead the Market Center
  • Implement Ownership vision
 
Regular Work Activities
  • Recruit sales associates weekly (Interview, select, hire.)
    • Develop and execute the recruiting strategy
    • Scheduling interviews and phone screens working directly with candidates
    • Providing follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
    • Tracking recruiting activities and providing candidate status in a weekly report
  • Train existing sales associates (new and experienced) in key area of business
  • Lead sales and business meetings
  • Manage staff to acceptable professionalism and job performance
  • Research competition and develop business prospecting and marketing strategies to successfully compete
  • Facilitate regular sales meetings
  • Conduct performance reviews of staff and associates

Experience, Training, and Education
  • At least average sales success track record in recent past
  • Real estate knowledge, experience, and skill with emphasis on residential real estate is preferred
  • Computer and MLS experience
  • Track record of success in past jobs/tasks
