Agent Services Coordinator

Agent Services Coordinator Wanted: Keller Williams Realty South Tampa Market Center Job Description: Full-time position. This position provides support to the market center agents and Market Center Administrator. The ASC facilitates new agent intake, orientation and helps agents acclimate to the KW systems and tools. The ASC also oversees the office technology and communication systems and support providers. This position helps coordinate new agent training, assists in organizing special events for the office and manages the KW intranet site. The Agent Services Coordinator is a crucial Team Member. Work Schedule: 8:30 am to 5:30pm Monday through Friday. Qualifications Needed: Strong verbal and written communication skills, great organizational skills, ability to manage, organize, and execute events and multiple projects. Strong interpersonal skills and very friendly demeanor. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Power Point and Publisher. Technology skills relating to social media is a must. Other technology skills a plus but not required are proficient in the use of Top Producer, the Multiple Listing systems and general real estate knowledge. Strong training skills.
