Roger Hill

Before entering real estate professionally, Roger Hill achieved a great deal of life and business experience that has contributed to ability to serve his real estate clients in a uniquely professional manner. He is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy at Annapolis and served a successful career of twenty years in the U. S. Navy Submarine Service that culminated with him commanding USS Point Loma, a specially configured surface ship that served special missions for the Submarine Service. During his Navy career he received numerous commendations including three Navy Commendation Medals, the Meritorious Service Medal and the prestigious Legion of Merit. He also holds a Masters Degree in Financial Management.

After he retired from the Navy he spent 15 years in manufacturing management for the largest printing companies in America as Vice President of Operations in charge of large plants employing as many as 1200 people and producing publications such as Time, Sports Illustrated and, ultimately, the jewel of magazines, National Geographic.

Throughout his Navy and corporate careers, Roger invested in homes, land and multiple family dwellings. He decided to parlay his investment and business experience by obtaining his real estate license in 2002. He enjoyed early success and was among the top 5% of Realtors in Arizona in 2004 and 2005. His clients range from first-time buyers to sellers and buyers of luxury properties. He prides himself in serving all clients with equal energy and professionalism regardless of their real estate needs.
