My Bio

First of all let me express my sincere gratitude for
the opportunity to serve you and your real estate needs in the greater Colorado
Springs Metro area.¿ I have been in the real estate business over 17 years
and I believe it critically important, as a consumer, to know who you are
dealing with in the sale or purchase of your home.¿ Listing years of
service, awards received and other such statistics does not give the future client
a very good feel of the type of person they must rely on, in all of the
activities involved in real estate transactions.

I obtained my real estate license in 1984 while living
in California.¿ My husband worked for an Aerospace company and has been
transferred to several locations throughout his career.¿ Therefore, over
the past 17 years I have worked in real estate in California, Virginia, Washington
State, and¿ Colorado.¿ My husband and I are from Colorado Springs and moved
back home in 1996.¿ I have been selling real estate in the Springs for 5 of
the past 17 years.¿ Prior to obtaining my license as a real estate broker,
I managed three apartment complexes each with over 100 units.¿

I believe my years of experience in the real estate
business and in the Colorado Springs market will be of great benefit to
you.¿ It is my responsibly to provide you with the best guidance and
recommendations for getting the most home for your hard earned dollars as I
possibly can.

As you know, there are many factors involved in finding
that perfect home, not the least of which is location.¿ I know the Colorado
Springs real estate market like the back of my hand and this is in valuable when
seeking a home.

Making a move of any kind is a very unsettling process
under any circumstance.¿ I can only imagine moving from over seas is twice
as difficult.¿ Finding a new home should be the least difficult and
stressful of the entire process.¿ I believe this part of the moving process
is a major part of the service I provide to you.¿ One way I accomplish this
is not to waste your time showing properties that I know would not interest you,
either from a design, cost, location, bedroom/bath mix or square footage stand
point.¿ Therefore, if I were your broker, I would get to know you and your
spouse as much as possible in the short time we have together.¿

It is extremely important to know your wants and needs
in terms of a new home.¿ It is also important to know such things as number
and age of children, some idea of the length of time you plan to remain in the
home personal hobbies, desired commuting distance and so forth.¿ All these
and other factors play a major role in whether you and your family will be happy
in your new home.
