Mannion was raised in the real estate business-Mannion┐s father was a real estate appraiser and his mother was a real estate agent. Mannion is a graduate of La Salle Military Academy and the University of Texas at Arlington. He received his real estate license in 1982. He is certified in relocation, has vast experience in working with new homebuilders and has served on the Board of Directors for the Arlington Board of Realtors and on the Multiple Listing Service Committee.
Mannion and his wife, Grace, have a daughter, Nikki, and a son, Callan. They reside in Arlington where Mannion is very involved in his church and in his children┐s school activities.
