I have been in the residential real estate business since 1976. I have set many sales records since then. In 1990 I closed between $6 and $7 Million in residential sales and was presented the Outstanding Achievements and Accomplishments¿ award from the Arlington Board of Realtors. I received this award again in 1991 and 1992 with between $5 and $6 Million in sales. My sales volume in 1996 exceeded $11 Million. My 1998 sales exceeded $15 Million. I rank #7 in the Metroplex and #2 in Arlington in sales (Source: The Business Press ¿ June 5, 1998).
I have been active with the Arlington Board of Realtors, serving on the Professional Standards Committee, the By-Laws Committee and the Board of Directors.
I was reared and educated in North Carolina receiving a degree in Economics. Before beginning my real estate career, I taught school in Fairfax County, Virginia. I have been married to John Franklin for 32 years. John is a local contractor specializing in custom-built homes. John and I have two lovely daughters. Michelle is a licensed real estate agent associated with Keller Williams. I am proud of Michelle¿s decision to be a part of the Franklin Group.
Tracey Packard, a graduate of Texas A&M, is a meteorologist/reporter for TV Channel 6 NBC in Corpus Christi, TX.
