costs, inspection allowances and mortgage rate—focusing on delivering the best value for
each piece. This frequently saves clients significant sums. The mortgage brokers and home
inspectors I work with are considered among the best in the business.
Many of my clients rely on me for advice on home repairs and renovation for years after
they’ve found a home. I maintain a database with hundreds of craftsman I have worked with
and who have been recommended by happy customers. This is a tremendous resource for
first–time home buyers and busy professionals.
To keep in touch, I like to host parties and special gatherings. Last year a pet photographer
took pictures of some of my client’s favorite family pets, and this past fall we had a dinner
dance at Chastain Horse Park. We’ve also enjoyed movie nights at Phipps Plaza and Braves
baseball outings.
