SANDY LEAH HOFFMAN

Sandy Hoffman is a 26 year resident of Austin with a majority of her time spent in and around the Highland Lakes. Sandy currently lives with her beautiful family in The Hills of Lakeway while concentrating her professional real estate business from Westlake to The Texas Hillcountry. Sandy has personally owned lakefront property on several of the Highland Lakes including, Lake Travis, Lake LBJ, Inks Lake and the Pedernales River. This enables her to provide a high level of expertise and knowledge about lake front living. Sandy is passionate about real estate. She has clients from developers to investors and first time homebuyers. Her speciality is new development/construction and investment properties as well as Lakefront estates.

Sandy spent many years as a Director at Dell Computer running multiple sales organizations during its fast growth days. In addition, she has worked with many well known high-tech firms consulting and/or building their sales organizations. After retiring from the high tech industry, she has made her new career in real estate focusing on Luxury and Waterfront Estates.

Customer service, high touch and exceptional follow through are just some of the high impact training she has experienced in her vast sales career.

Sandy attended The University of Texas at Austin and graduated with a double major in Marketing and Management. She has a loving family that supports one another through all of lives many changes. In addition to her ties to the lakes of Austin and the surrounding areas, Sandy has devoted a large amount of her time to various organizations in the area. She is active in both the Highland Lakes and Austin Board of Realtors, a member of the National Association of Realtors and is a licensed Broker in the State of Texas. Sandy just completed her certification in The Luxury Home Marketing Institute and is a recent reciepient of the Million Dollar Guild. Sandy has served in multiple leadership and committee roles in Austin Junior League, Coats for Kids, Any Baby Can-Founding Member, Lake Travis PTO/PTA, Bond Committee’s, is a member of the Manchesters Who’s Who of Women in Real Estate, has e-Pro certification and is active in many other civic organizations.

Sandy strives to ensure each client has an “exceptional” experience with their real estate transaction. The goal is not to close one deal but to build a relationship for life.
