I am an Orlando native with over 25 years experience in real estate. I started my career with Trammell Crow Company, a commercial developer. I renovated homes in my spare time and my love for homes led me to the residential market. I worked for Winter Park Land Co. for 18 years and am now an agent with Keller Williams Classic/SoDo office.
I live in downtown Orlando in one of the oldest, historic neighborhoods in Orlando. It is within walking and biking distance to many downtown venues such as the Magic Arena, the new Performing Arts Center (soon to be completed),Orlando History Center, Public Library, Lake Eola (Orlando’s signature park & fountain), shopping, hospitals & great schools! There is a plethora of lakes & parks throughout the neighborhood and it is very ‘walking friendly’, with many of the city’s oldest, most interesting residential homes – many of historical significance. These homes are irreplaceable and a delight to see!
Obviously, real estate is a great love of mine and I devote a huge chunk of time to selling these ‘one of a kind’ homes. My objective is to fit the right home to the right buyer who has the appreciation of these special homes. I have sold many of these homes 2 & 3 times over the years and I have extensive knowledge of the history of most homes in the older neighborhoods of downtown Orlando (Cherokee Historic District, Delaney Park, Lancaster Park,Thornton Park, College Park (where I grew up) & Winter Park.
In my spare time I love to travel and meet interesting ‘new friends’. I enjoy hiking, boating, horseback riding & am addicted to reading and adding to my art collection of many ‘local artists’.
I also am a volunteer for the Children’s Home Society, an extremely important community organization.
I am a graduate of the University of Georgia.
