For the past twenty-eight years Iíve been involved with real estate in various roles. First as
an investment advisor, working with private and public real estate investments, originally with
Tucker Anthony, and later with PaineWebber. Then, I became a residential real estate agent
in the latter 90s. Then I moved over to mortgage brokerage with a small Boston firm, and then to mortgage origination with Chase Manhattan Mortgage.
Being in the south with Chase, I was drawn to the Savannah architecture and began to practice what I leaerned from education at Jacksonville University and beyond. I became an architectural photographer working predominately on assignment for architects, interior designers, and real esate developers with my work becoming part of their portfolios. I also photographed for private estates such as the former Versace Mansion on South Beach, and the Ford Plantation exclusive enclave in coastal Georgia for its development company.
Returning to Boston in 2004, I moved to Brookline. Several years later I joined an international
real estate company representing a development in the Central Pacific Region of Costa Rica.
That success led me to Keller Williams to focus on the local residential market in which Iíve photographed its homes and gardens for years.
With Keller Williams I focus on Boston and Brookline, bringing to the table my creative eye for the benefit of clients in the staging of their homes to sell, and to show with professional photography
to reach the optimal buyer. In addition, my combined education throughout my career path allows me to help clients visualize what the potential of a not so perfect property could become after a thoughtful renovation.
