I love my job as a Realtor, I have lived in the Des Moines area all my life and I know my market. My background is all in customer service combined with many years in construction. I am a member of NAHB and I specialize in High Performance Homes or Green homes. My certifications are NAR Green, NAHB Cert Green Professional & NAHB Cert Sales Professional. I spearheaded our Greening the MLS Committee at our local board, the committee added what is now the energy efficent features to our local MLS. I am blessed to have a job that I love and I bring that attitude to work everyday.
