Born in Lynchburg VA, Twila is a full time Realtor. She knows her local market inside and out. Her “Tell it like it is” attitude and honesty with her clients has served Twila well in her Real Estate career. Buying a home can be one of the biggest investments a person can make, but it can be filled with emotion too! Twila is someone who can guide her clients to make the best investment decision but also respects their personal feelings.
Twila constantly educates herself on advanced Listing, Selling and Negotiating techniques. Her previous experience as Director of SDM International, a software development company, and a Small Business owner herself, Twila brings additional skills and knowledge to the table. Her experience in the custom design, building and renovation of several of her own personal homes, gives her a unique prospective from the clients’ point of view.
Twila is a member of the NAR (National Association of Realtors and the Lynchburg Association of Realtors. She has served as Chairman of the Education and Fair Housing committee , and is a certified Mediator for her Lynchburg Realtors’ Association. She is a Member of Certified Residential Specialist and also accredited in Short sales and Foreclosures. Active in her local community and a supporter for the Lynchburg Habitat for Humanity, Twila believes that “every child needs a warm and safe place to lay their head each night”.
