I was born in the city of Guanica, Puerto Rico where I attended public school from k-12. I graduated from the University of Puerto Rico in Mayaguez with BS in Industrial Engineering. I moved to Dallas, TX to start my professional career as a Manufacturing Engineer where I spent 24 years of increased responsibility. Moved to Florida to get into the business side of the Defense Industry into International and Domestic subcontract Management. After 30 great years in the Defense Industry I took early retirement and began new career in the Real Estate Business. I enjoy dealing with people and making win-win deals for both parties. I bring great negotiation skills as well as technical, business and financial skills. My commitment to you is honesty, integrity and customer satisfaction is my ultimate goal.
