George Hahn

Proud of being a fifth generation South Dakotan, I was born, raised, and educated in Sioux Falls. I recall when the city hit 72,000 people in 1970. Everybody knew everybody. Washington Sr. High School had 3,000 students and 300 teachers (1967). I played golf for WSHS and Sioux Falls College (1967-1971).
I was licensed in 1984 when interest rates were in the high teens. In addition, I was licensed mortgage broker for 24 years. I was the in-house finance man for Tharaldson Enterprises, North Dakota in the 1980's. Worked for Larry Fanning, Pres. Century Construction and Lincoln Lumber, Sioux Falls, designing and construction hotels, nursing homes and restaurants all over the US. I have been involved in residential and commercial construction for over 40 years. My experience involves land acquisition, architecture, site , development, construction and financing (all or some phases) of over 80 commercial projects in 38 states during the last 30 years. These skills are invaluable to my clients. Nothing speaks louder than experience; this represents a turnkey opportunity for clients.
The HAHN Team includes my younger brother Dick and Jeff Stanton with Keller Williams Realty, 86 agents strong in Sioux Falls, and the nation's largest real estate firm. On the personal side, I am single, a golfer, constant student of serious music and history and I enjoy cooking. I am proud to be a fourth generation Mason, a member of the Scottish Rite and a Shriner.
