I am known as a “good ole boy“. I was born in Memphis, TN in 1954.
However, I grew up in Southern California. I moved back to the Nashville, TN area from 1982-1992 . During that time period, I was a licensed Building Contractor; building custom homes and remodeling.
I began working in the construction field in 1974 in Orange County, CA. I moved to South Lake Tahoe in the late 70‘s to help a friend build his home. After his home was completed, I continued living in the Tahoe area, where I continued to remodel homes. During the winter months I became a poker dealer and before it became the popular sport it has now become. While doing this job, I discovered that I enjoyed meeting and talking with people from all over the country. I continued with this job for many years.
I later left the construction field when the knees could no longer take it.
While I was building homes, I learned a lot about what people wanted in a home. Both my father and father-in-law were realtors and they both told me that I would be great in this field. Once when I was trying to buy a home for myself, I had difficulty finding a realtor to meet my needs, I decided it was time to take the test and become a Real Estate Agent. I am a very hard working person, a self motivator and I enjoy talking and working with people. I believe in listening to what the person needs. I am also known for not procrastinating.
I have been married for 31 years, with three smart & beautiful daughters, a son in-law who is a school teacher and a precious 2 year old grandson….our first!

I am a very active and adventurous person. I was a snow skier for over 30 years, and then 6 years ago, I took up a new passion - scuba diving. We have a boat, fish @ Pyramid Lake every winter, love camping, hiking, hunting, and traveling. I do not want my lifestyle to change so I will continue being the hard working person that I am known for. For most of my life all of my work has come from referrals. I work quickly, professionally and to the best of my ability.
