After graduating Carroll College, I continued my career in restaurant management. This is where I honed my customer service skills and ability to work in a very dynamic environment.
At age 24 I bought my first home in Helena. This launched my interest in real estate and my desire to build a profitable portfolio of real estate investments. The following year I bought my first income producing property; a multi-family unit in Helena. This was my introduction to property management, which would prove to be one of the most rewarding and yet frustrating aspects of real estate. The next year I purchased another rental property in Helena and continued to build my portfolio.
In 2009 I started a family and that slowed down my real estate investing a little bit, but I never lost interest in it. In late 2009 my wife and I bought our first property together.
A couple of years went by before I was able to finance another property. But in 2012 I bought another rental unit and sold my first home I had ever purchased.
After I bought and sold those units earlier this year, I decided it was time to become a licensed Realtor. I met with Alice at Keller Williams to ask her about pursuing a career in real estate. She welcomed me to the family and Keller Williams is where I have made my home.
I am definitely the new agent, but I am no stranger to real estate or the Helena market. If you are considering a first home, upgrading your home, or wanting to begin real estate investing I would be happy to share my knowledge with you and assist you in your property purchase. Also, if you are considering selling a property, I just sold my first property a few months ago and it was a valuable and nerve-wracking experience.
