Hello, my name is Noemi Baeza. Thank you for taking the time to learn more about who I am, what I do, and how I serve my clients and community.
On a personal level, I strive for integrity, honesty and commitment in everything that I do. As a loving wife and mother of two beautiful children, my family also plays a central role in shaping my values and my vision (and the fact that my police officer husband is also a fabulous cook is certainly a nice bonus!). When Iím not spending time with my family, serving my clients or contributing to my community, I enjoy walking my dogs, traveling, and reading. Iím also a relentless lifelong learner, and believe that everyone has something to teach and share if we are patient enough to listen, and open-minded enough to learn.
On a professional level, Iíve devoted my career to providing exceptional and comprehensive real estate services to the peace officer community, to which my family proudly belongs. Empowered by the worldís largest real estate franchise and supported by a first-rate team, Iíve earned a reputation for honesty, professionalism, competence and results. My clients know that I personally care about their unique needs, goals and dreams, and that my success is based on their total satisfaction. Thatís a big reason why most of my clients are through referrals. Indeed, when clients choose me and my Baeza & Associates team, they know that theyíll get exceptional results, total professionalism, superior excellence and my personal guarantee of unparalleled customer service.
On a community level, I believe that helping to create and sustain strong, healthy and family-focused communities is a civic duty and a leadership responsibility. To that end, Iíve had the honor of sponsoring and contributing to several charities and community initiatives over the years, including the LAPD Memorial Run, the LAPD Sports Banquet Awards, the Los Angeles Police Revolver and Athletic Club, Saint Anneís Parish, Saint Hedwig Parish and School, St. Josephís Catholic High School, the Los Alamitos Baseball League, and many more.
Ultimately, as a person, as a professional, and as member of my community, I believe that excellence is not just an outcome, but rather a way of life. Thatís why my motto is excellence in action.
Quite simply, excellence in action isnít just a promise that I make. Itís a commitment that I keep, a legacy I leave, and a standard that I exceed Ė every day!
