No stranger to Boston, Franny lived in the North End, Back Bay and Beacon Hill before finding her current residence in Charlestown. Having grown up in a real estate family, Franny knew early on that she wanted to be in the business and has had the passion to explore and learn much about the industry. After graduating from Gettysburg College in 2006, Franny received her Massachusetts Sales License and worked for a private residential firm on Nantucket. Aiming to learn the tricks of the trade in brokerage, Franny brought her skills to Jones Lang Lasalle, joining the Project and Development Services team in 2007.
In 2009, Franny was accepted into the Georgetown University master's degree program in real estate finance. Eager to stay current in commercial real estate while attending classes, Franny joined CresaPartners, a tenant representation firm based in Bethesda, MD. Based on her knowledge of the federal government's strong economic presence in the greater Washington DC area, she wrote her senior thesis on how to create large equity funds to pursue investments in government leased buildings.
Although Franny loved life in Washington, she still called Boston her home. Recently returning to residential sales in Charlestown, Franny has in-depth knowledge of the many facets of the real estate industry. This, paired with her versatility, wit and passion to succeed, makes her a powerful advocate for her buyer and seller clients.
In her spare time, Franny loves to find out what's hot and new in Boston. She is passionate about her music and often follows her favorite artists at the Paradise, House of Blues or Symphony Hall. Franny is an avid Yogi and runner. Her confident outlook and engaging spirit make her a welcome friend and confidante, especially for those looking to explore real estate opportunities in the neighborhoods of Boston.
