Amy Broline Sims is a fourth generation Austinite who remembers when Austin was just a sleepy university city in the middle of Texas with live music and good Tex-Mex. She has seen firsthand how the city has matured and why it has become one the nation’s most desirable places to live. You could say real estate is in Amy’s DNA – beginning with her great-grandfather who bought and sold land in Austin when it was still a small town, to her grandfather who helped shape the Austin Board of Realtors, to her parents who are active real estate investors. Amy and her husband, Rollingwood native Jonathan Sims, live in Northwest Hills with their three children: Preston, Abigail, and Hallie. They are active in supporting the community through their involvement at Christ Church of Austin, and their downtown business, Tea Embassy, a hidden gem in the heart of the city.
