Before engulfing in real estate,
James was a college hockey player at Western Michigan University—where he also earned a degree in marketing and business. After graduating, James worked as a marketing executive at Xerox and started investing in real estate.
James eventually opened his own brokerage firm, James Mattz & Associates Realty in addition to Ryan-Bernstein. Mattz then took his team to Century 21, where he became a Mega-Broker. He has established himself as a force in the real estate business and is exceptional at what he does.
Aside from his success & interest in real estate (and hockey), James is a father of three, a motivational speaker for the youth, and has high interest in baseball.
