Aubrey Guiney

My name is Aubrey Guiney. I am an associate of Keller Williams Augusta Partners Realty in the Central Savannah River Area (CSRA) and one of The Southern Team.

I am an Evans resident. I am married to Alicia Guiney, another of the Southern Team, whom I have seven children with. I have lived in the South East my entire life and lived in the CSRA for the last 24 years. On the Georgia side of the river I have lived in Martinez, Evans and Summerville area of Augusta. On the South Carolina side of the river, I have lived in Clarks Hill and Savannah Lakes.

I attended Lake Side High School in Evans. I graduated in the class of 1992.

I am an active parishioner of the Church of the Most Holy Trinity in downtown Augusta.

Professional Experience
I am a full time full service sales agent. In the first six months of having my Realtors license I took over a million dollars of listings, and sold nearly three quarters of a million dollars of property in that time. This is an amazing achievement for a new agent.

Prior to becoming a Realtor I have always worked in the housing and construction industry. I worked for my Grandfather’s company in Spring Hill Florida, Guiney Custom Homes, until I got my General Contractors license. I built residential and light commercial projects. Also during this same time I owned and operated a professional stone and ceramic tile company providing high end installations in thousands of local area homes and commercial, Industrial, and Governmental projects throughout the South Eastern area including several local restaurants, retail outlets, gas stations, hotels, Fort Gordon and the Dept. of Energy’s Savannah River Site.

I am member of the Greater Augusta Association of Realtors .

Extracurricular
I enjoy free time boating with the family at the Clarks Hill/Strom Thurmond reservoir and at the Charleston SC sea coast.

I am an active runner and enjoy participating in local running events.

I am an admirer of the late great Walt Disney and his dogged determination to succeed. I take the family to Disney World often for an inspirational, all sensory-inclusive experience in what can be achieved with a vivid imagination large dreams and an uncompromising desire and will to realize those goals.

Areas of Expertise
Aubrey and the Southern Team are full service real estate professionals but their primary emphasis is in helping people who have had their homes for sell and have not been able to sell them. It is the goal of The Southern Team to educate people on the dynamics of the real estate market, the importance of pricing the property properly, the ins and outs of presenting the property and to have a realistic idea on the estimated time it might take for the property to sell.
