My name is Haxhi Rugova. I am the owner of Digital Real Estate Corp; a NY based Real Estate firm that fundamentally focuses on assisting clients with all of their real estate needs. Our services include professional assistance in selling; purchasing and or renting moderate to high-end properties throughout New York’s most desirable and sought after neighborhoods.
My education and professional background has provided me extensive organizational and managerial experience in the today’s diverse world of Real Estate. For instance, in Oakland Community College of West Bloomfield Michigan I studied for a double major in business management and law then subsequently obtained a real estate diploma after continuing my education in Lehman College, Bronx New York. I have attended and willfully studied at the New York Real Estate Institute where I had obtained my Real Estate Salesperson’s License, as well as my Certificates in Property and Construction Management. In addition to my schooling, I have personally managed and overseen the daily operations of my family’s estates which consist of residential and commercial properties here in New York and throughout Europe. I have also successfully helped many property owners and friends establish a network database by providing them with legitimate referrals such as bankers, developers, architects and contractors.
My personal experience is a comprehensive education in management concepts, assessments, organization, supervision, negotiations and real estate regulatory conceptions. My main focus is in residential sales and rentals. The extensive understanding and my hands on experience of enables me to work efficiently with others and confront daily operations in a timely manner.
I take pleasure in working and feel I am most capable of developing great rapport with my clients. I am reliable, dependable and take great pride in my performance as a professional. I am committed to working hard and seeing the challenges I accept lead to successful outcomes.
