I have taken many Washington State certified law, finance and appraisal courses, am an ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) with Feng Shui theory and practice basics plus extensive seller marketing courses. I am an ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative) and a CMS (Certified E-Marketing Specialist). I help both buyer's and seller's with short sales and foreclosures as well.
