During that time, Derrik purchased his first investment property and started funding short term real estate transactions with private capital. Within a year of graduating college, with a double major in finance and management, he moved to the Caribbean island of Roatan Honduras to manage an 85-unit real estate development. After his return to the United States Derrik created a cash-flowing real estate investment portfolio through purchasing and renovating several properties. He then fulfilled two other passions - marrying his sweetheart and moving to the mountain community of the Heber Valley. Derrik now focuses his energy to helping others fulfill their real estate dreams of buying and selling property in the mountain towns of Utah.
