Spearheading the Lion Group in the Keller Williams Family is Avi Malul. Avi brings with him years of experience in Manhattan real estate, marketing innovation, and charisma to the Keller Williams brand. He knows Manhattan from corner to corner and is passionate about his profession.
Since 2001 Avi has worked with notable real estate firms in Manhattan such as City Habitats, Prudential Douglas Elliman and Domain Properties. At each he developed and perfected a different skill. In City Habitats he learned the intricacies of real estate transactions and quickly became one of their top producers. At Prudential Douglas Elliman, Avi developed several distinctly creative marketing campaigns to solidify his name in the business as a professional that doesn’t just think in numbers but someone who stands out from the crowd.
For the past 11 years Avi has worked with big names in the Manhattan Real Estate market and held his own in these environments - participating in over 700 rental transactions and recording over $20 million in sales throughout his career. He is a true team leader with vision for the future and for his team members. Avi’s professional background is diverse like many others within the real estate arena and quite unorthodox. He came to the United States from Israel when he was 21 after having completed an architectural and engineering degree and acting as commanding officer in the Israeli army. After gaining experience in various jobs he found his true calling in real estate. His transition to Keller Williams was a natural and intuitive one. “I have always believed that to be the best you have to work with the best and surround yourself with the best. The professionals that Keller Williams attracts are the finest in the field and thus I want to be surrounded by these people and lead them from within.” Avi is an innovator within the real estate realm. When it comes to real estate transactions and creative marketing his fearlessness pays off. He is the kind of person that you want to work with you and for you because of his seasoned professionalism and proven record. 2012 might be the year of the Dragon but with Avi on your team it might also be the year of the Lion.
