Wilma Woods began her real estate career with CENTURY 21 Loretta Jobs Realtors thirty one years ago. She was honored by being one of the first four to receive in Kentucky the coveted CENTURY 21 Investment Specialist designation.
Wilma has received numerous sales awards and recognitions from both corporate offices of Coldwell
Banker and CENTURY 21.

Wilma has an extensive background in real estate and business having owned her own Coldwell Banker
franchise and an independent real estate company for several years, as well as having owned several
successful businesses including but not limited to resorts, marinas, boat leasing company and even a cemetery.
Wilma and her husband, Chuck, have enjoyed purchasing, rehabbing and marketing properties.

Following having been in the banking business in Illinois, Wilma, a native of Murray, pursued her education
at Murray State University in business administration and real estate. She has continued her real
estate education with courses in finance, marketing, appraisal, and real estate ethics.

With successful experiences in various businesses and with her education, she certainly can lead and direct
her clients from their real estate inquiry to closing their dream home or their investment properties.
