After graduating from Georgia Southern University in 2003
I decided to move to Jacksonville. Since then I have made
Jacksonville my permanent home and do not ever see
myself living anywhere else. With everything from the
beaches, to downtown, sporting events, arts and shopping
you really have everything here you could over want.
Specializing in Residential sales for Jacksonville, St Johns
and Nocatee I have helped 100's of families get to where
they want to be whether it be buying or selling. To be
competitive and efficient I take advantage of technology and
use it to more effectively communicate with my buyers and
sellers and to market my listings. My background in
photography has come in handy in the age of the internet. I
know how important it is to be visible on the web and show
off my listings to their advantage. I’m an “early adopter” of
new technologies and I look for new and better ways to do
business. That being said, I have never lost touch with the
human side of the business. I make every customer I work
with feel as though they are my ONLY customer.
Growing up in a military family I moved more than 17 times
to different cities and areas of the country. This type of
upbringing exposed me to many different cultures and
types of people. I learned to adapt to the environment
around me and to communicate with anyone who came my
way. My previous business experience was in a fast-paced
industry and I developed the habit of working efficiently.
My degree is from Georgia Southern University with a
Bachelors in Fine Arts majoring in photography. After
climbing the corporate ladder I felt as if I was missing
something. Since then I have found a passion in selling real
estate.
It is very exciting to me when a customer finds a house they
know they would like to call home. With that being said I
will keep looking for my customer's until they "love a home"
not just like it. I specialize in all areas of Jacksonville
including the Southside, Northside, Beaches and even the
North St. John's County Area.
