Lori Burns GRI, CDPE, SFR, CIAS, CNE

Lori Burns was raised in Orange County, NY and has lived and worked in the area for all of her life. She is a graduate of Goshen Central High School. She attended Virginia Tech in 1983 receiving a BS in Animal Science with a minor in Agricultural Economics. She then went on to earn her Masters Degree in Business Administration at the College of William and Mary before returning to NY to pursue a career and raise a family. She currently lives in Pine Bush, NY where she is raising two daughters.

Lori has a fierce dedication to making sure that her clients receive superior service with all of their real estate needs. Although she has already earned several prestigious designations such as Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), she continues to attend training classes and seminars to remain educated and up-to-date in an ever changing and increasingly complex real estate industry. Last year she earned her certification as a Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) which she has used to help many area residents avoid foreclosure.

Lori is committed to excellence in her real estate career. She served as the Greater Hudson Valley Chapter of the Women’s Council of Realtors President in 2010 and is a Director on her local Board of Realtors for 2012. She will continue to stay informed so that she can help buyers and sellers experience a pleasant, seamless transaction from start to finish.
