Debra grew up in the construction business. Her father owned a construction company where she got her introduction into construction and Real Estate at an early age. Debra started out in Corporate America rapidly gaining responsibility throughout her career. While working in the retail industry for over 10 years, she honed her skills in strategic planning, new construction, negotiating, vendor management, training and development, business development, project management, business management and business analysis. Aside from running a $75 million business model, Debra was responsible for overseeing the construction of several new stores built in NYC including one of the Flagship stores.
Debra then worked with a training and consulting firm that specialized in Process Management, Project Management, Strategic Management and Business Analysis for over eight years. This opportunity truly honed her skills in international negotiating, strategic marketing, strategic planning and business relationship development. When she entered Real Estate, Debra was able to bring her powerhouse skill-set easily with her, providing an edge for her clients that the typical real estate agent can not offer.
