So here is some info about us, both business and personal: We have been in the real estate business for over a combined 30 years. We specialize in residential real estate sales including resale homes, new construction, condominiums, townhomes, hire-rise luxury condominiums, luxury homes, and land. Our combined 60+ years of Las Vegas residency helps us to have a command of the ever-growing Las Vegas real estate market. 95% percent of our business comes from repeat customers or referrals from those customers whose real estate goals were met. People are so thrilled with their buying or selling experience they have to tell others. Our business relies on those referrals so we maintain the level of customer service to keep them coming. We both love Las Vegas and our customers so much we would not consider doing this anywhere else. We have been happily married since 1999. We have an amazing son,who is the center of our universe. Watching him grow up is amazing. The other member of our family is our Siberian Husky, who keeps us busy as well. In our off time we enjoy travel, dining out, shopping, movies, and whatever activity our son is in to. Shaun enjoys both playing and watching sports. Playing includes baseball, softball, golf, skiing, and snowboarding. Watching includes a lot of baseball and football including many trips to see them live. He and his friends have visited all but 3 Major League Baseball Stadiums. The most memorable trip to date was a 10 day, 10 stadium baseball trip back East in 2003 with 6 of his closest friends.
Claudia enjoys her time with her friends whether it is shopping, trying a new restaurant, or checking out the new hot spot in town. She may start doing some traveling of her own with her friends. A cruise to an exotic destination might be in their near future.
